3D CAD Part Design

From concept to design Detroit 3D Manufacturing can bring your idea to life. We start our process out with a design consultation to determine the application and function of the part so we can understand our clients requirements. We specialize in Metal Stamped & Sheet Metal Fabricated parts utilizing Solidworks 2019 software. We also have a network of engineers with software's including Catia V5, UGNX, Pro-E/Cre with expertise in plastics, castings, machined components and advance assemblies we can complete any project in a timely manner to get your product to market quickly. Whether your current design needs fine tuning or you just have an idea you want to pursue we can complete your design with manufacturability in mind. 

Fixtures, Jigs & Checking Aids

In manufacturing efficiency and quality are everything. We can design and build assembly jigs and fixtures to improve the overall efficiency of a production process and improve repeat-ability. We operate out of a 65,000 sqft manufacturing facility that produces millions of parts per year using tens of millions of individual actions. We are constantly designing jigs, fixtures and aids to improve the quality of work for our operators with their input and utilize our 3D printing capabilities to get improvements implemented in hours from the design.
